Draftline Construction is a design-and-build contractor based in Nottinghamshire, working across the East Midlands on extensions, loft conversions, renovations, garage conversions and new builds. The company was set up to take the guesswork out of construction. Rather than issuing a vague estimate and a list of unknowns, every project is visited, measured, priced and programmed in detail before any work begins on site.
Everything is handled under one roof. Our directly employed team manages the full journey, from the first site visit and measured survey through structural coordination, planning support and material procurement, to the final snag list and sign-off. Alongside main contracting, Draftline runs a specialist division: project management for clients who are managing their own trades, test dig ground investigations, brick matching and sourcing for period and heritage properties, and AI-assisted material takeoff reports that give homeowners and developers an accurate picture of cost before they commit.
This website and the tools on it, including the material takeoff report builder and the brick matching service, are built and maintained in-house by the Draftline team.
