Who we are
Draftline Construction ("we", "us", "our") is a design-and-build construction contractor based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, serving Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at info@draftlineconstruction.co.uk or on 07368 609 527.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to quote for and deliver your project:
- Enquiries and quotes. Your name, email address, phone number, project type, budget range, property location and the details you write in our contact form.
- Client portal accounts. For clients with a project portal, we hold your name, email address and login details, together with project records such as documents, tasks, cost items and variation orders relating to your build.
- Files and photos you upload. Brick-matching photographs, architect drawings and structural reports submitted for a material takeoff, and any documents you upload to your project portal.
- Website usage. Pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and the site you arrived from, collected through analytics.
How we use your information

- To deliver, manage and administer your project, including scheduling, variations and invoicing.
- To identify and source matching bricks where you have asked us to.
- To keep proper business, tax and insurance records, and to meet our legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies. Some are essential and allow the site to work, including keeping you signed in to the client portal. We also use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, which does not identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site such as the client portal may not work.
