Information on this website
The content on this site is provided for general information. Prices, timescales, specification details and any figures shown are indicative only. Nothing on this website is a quotation, an offer of a contract, or professional advice, and it does not form part of any agreement we may go on to make.
Our material takeoff reports are budget-level estimates produced to help you understand likely costs. They are not fixed quotations, they are based on the drawings and information you supply, and they exclude anything not shown on those drawings unless stated. A firm price can only be given after a site visit and survey.

You may view and print pages for your own use, such as sharing a quotation with a partner. You may not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limits of our liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Summary of our service terms
The following is a summary of the terms we work to. Where we carry out work for you, the full terms in our written quotation, contract or order confirmation apply, and those documents take priority over this summary.
- Quotations. Free and without obligation. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days and are subject to a site survey and to the drawings and specification provided.
- Acceptance and deposits. Projects are confirmed in writing. A deposit is normally required before works start, with the balance payable in stages as set out in your quotation.
- Programme and access. Dates are given in good faith but are estimates. They may be affected by weather, access, third-party approvals and matters outside our control. You agree to provide safe access to the site, along with water and power where available.
- Variations. Any change to the agreed scope will be priced and confirmed in writing, normally by a variation order, and approved by you before the additional work is carried out or the cost incurred.
- Payment. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your quotation states otherwise. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payment in line with statutory rates.
- Materials. Materials remain our property until paid for in full. Risk in materials passes to you once they are delivered to site.
- Defects and guarantees. We will put right any defect in our workmanship reported within the defects period stated in your contract, normally 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are passed to you.
- Insurance. We hold public liability and employer's liability insurance. Details are available on request.
- Cancellation. Where you are a consumer and the contract was agreed away from our premises, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to start work during that period, you may be charged for work already carried out.
- Complaints. Please raise any concern with your project manager first. If it is not resolved, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 14 days.
